My name is Rosalie Berghuis from Holland. Me and my parents moved 4 years a go to thailand. I met a guy named Somphot Thotla (who is now my husband) also a muaythai fighter, after 6 months we started our own small gym in Pattaya but after a year it was allready to small, so we moved to a bigger place. we stayed there for about 2 years but now also too small.
In November 2007 we opened a big brand new camp with 2 rings and a lot of space!! so we can stay here for long time!

The training sessions depends on your level and power! You can do 5-6-7-8 rounds on the pads up to you, If after the padwork you want to clinch or sparring, no problem. Everything you want to know about the muaythai technics/trics, you can ask the trainers and they will explain you. All our trainers are speaking English!

in Pattaya are so many good rooms everwhere for a reasonable price. so it is really easy to get a good room in the neighbourhood. the prices per day are around 500 - 1000 bath. If you can not find one, we will look around with you!
