Animal Walk Drills For Warm Up And Conditioning
I'm a lifelong martial artist(also did Thai boxing for a year) and I just recently compiled a big list of different animal walk exercises (10+) for warm-up and conditioning which can be very helpful for overall fitness and Thai boxing.

sneaking ape, is a wrestling drill for shooting double legs. ive never seen an ape do that lol
either way, these are good warm-ups, they do alot of these is BJJ
not bad actually.
