(Muay Thai Camp) A Review Of Chinnarach By Rarave82
Fourth time training in Thailand. At Kaewsamrit right now. Tourist visa. one day I was in the island for vacations and found it accidentally. starts with running in the morning session, but not many did it when I was there.
Follows with stretching, guided by one of the traieners. Then its pads, bags and self workout. An entire family was here, mother, father, kids. The trainers were friendly and helpful. They know hot to help beginers.
Three or four guys and two girls also. They seemed beginers all of them. They were getting attention. The owner and head trainer has perfect Ennglish. Heīs been teaching abroad many years so no problem.
Didnīt talk to the others, but in Koh Pa Ngan, Thais use english constantly as its a touristy place. woukdnīt be suprised if they had decent English. Matted floors, twoo rings a good heavy bags. No need for more, except maybe some weights. One session is 400 and two is 500.
A bit pricy IMO, but itīs quite decent and most of the poeple are tourists that just drop in a few days so if youīre good enough youīll get a lot of attention. 0 0 Dindīt watch any fights. Lots of accommodation around the gym for any budget. I stayed at a bungalow with my gf very close to the gym. Good to stay for a weekend, not for long term unless your rich. Not my case. I think they do, but I donīt know. More expensive than Bangkok, a lot more. Farang prices everywhere. Probably closer to phuket prices than BKK. Full Moon, Half Moon plus all sorts of invented parties related to Moon.
Also many bars. Easy to get distracted if you go with friends. Girls everywhere. Beach and bars. Trips to Koh Tao and Samui are offered all the time. Nice place in a touristy location.
Good gym to learn, matted floors, twoo rings and plenty of people who have never done MT so itīs quite relaxed.
Nice vibe. If you are there, give it a try.
Morning session starts really late, like at 8:30 am.
