(Muay Thai Camp) A Review Of Luktupfah By Kraiwe
Hi there ,
I'm just a guy from Belgium and being in to muay Thai for about 10 years now. Had about 15 fights in Belgium and Holland.
Training out of Bulldog Gym Antwerp come from Belgium last november did some gym-hopping in Bangkok and was for a day or 4 training at this gym I was staying at On-Nut Sukhumvit and when checking out the gym on the net it seemed close to the place I stayed. It actually wasnt that close , it took a 20 min taxi drive from Sukhumvit to On Nut road 65
but it was worth it for me. Very nice gym, floor fully covered , ring in good condition, nice showers
the area has lots of oportunity for running in "green" area in stead of on the streets in the smog
CLEAN!!! After warm up , stretch and shadow boxing some rounds on the pads as soon they see you have a wrong move you will be corrected, again ,again and again untill you got it. good everything you need is there, good quality bags, Ring, weight area
pads all in good condition I payed 400 baht a day
I was pretty early at the gym ,(before the other group arrived) and got one to one teaching every time so for me good value for the money 2 times I went to see MBK fight night at wednesday wich are organised bij Master Woody the gym owner 0 mix Thai -Farang I stayed at a hotel but the accomodation looked very nice didnt stay at the gym no idea food stalls are there nothing to see there ,good to stay focused on training nothing to see Happy to been in this gym , next year we will set up a trip to Thailand with our gym and will come here for training. Nice gym, clean , friendly staff, good value for your money lots of experienced instructors.
