"Phuket or Samui? Here you will find “real” Muay Thai"

You state this but do you even have any Thai fighters? I mean you claim that Phuket and Samui don't teach 'real' Muay Thai, but at least most of their gyms have Thai fighters.

I don't like Phuket either but most of the gyms there are probably better than this.

bumwau
Some italian owned gym affiliated with Muay Farang. ""Why waste time and money to go to the big and overworked islands like Phuket or Samui?" Such a cocky introduction.

Price is like 36400 baht booked in advance for one room with no AC (Extra 100baht/day) so for a 28 day stay, thats 39,200 not including food. Seems more expensive than phuket and samui.

Plus as Finn implied, the majority of people on your website and facebook are italians and/or europeans. "Real" muay Thai my ass.

Failed marketing.

Rambutan
the website states " training with champions" :-)

Pao7MT
International flights land in Bangkok, if you guys want to pay for a flight to Phuket or Samui, than you should go and stay there!
We are two and a half hours from Bangkok and we are also cocky to confirm that, here, you will find 'real' Muay Thai; try to believe!
Train at 7 Muay Thai and you get to know us and tell us all your critics that for sure we deserve, being just a 'soft opened' camp since January and with many news to present in the new project, which will be completed in August and it will triple the operative area of the sea view gym.

P.s.: Thanks, Finn and Bumwau for following us and for commenting, just recheck the prices if you decide to come and visit us.

finnc99
No I dislike Phuket and Samui but the majority of gyms there if not all are better than your gym. You offer expensive package to train with Europeans? Come on that's gotta be worse that Phuket ITS GOT TO BE.
You actually answered nothing we asked/said and just responded with bullshit. Your shit and just a tourist camp, plain and simple.

Rambutan
I was on a facebook group just now that nothing to do with MT or Thailand and saw a link to this:

7muaythai.com/thai-food-healty-be-careful-msg/

This gym is everywhere! lol

petecc
to be fair to the guy, English obviously isn't his first language, and yeah his gym probably wouldn't appeal to the majority on here....

But still interesting to read about a gym in another part of Thailand. What's the guy supposed to do ? not advertise his gym?!?

Really it's no wonder this forum has so few members...

Rambutan
"Really it's no wonder this forum has so few members..." what do you mean by that?

finnc99
No it's the fact he's falsely advertising it...
to me it's really uninteresting to read about a gym like this.
I don't really think it's obvious English isn't his first language either his grammar is better than mine and yours by the looks of it.

petecc
maybe more people would sign up if they didn't get told that their gym was 'shit' within 5 minutes of signing up...!

finnc99
Also, didn't you go to Samui? Would you say it doesn't teach real Muay Thai like he suggests?

petecc
Finn I have not yet made it to Samui.... I moved to a new gym in England and having a few fights here first.... however the aim is still to go to Samui for a while to jun's or Pinyo's

for what its worth this is still the best website for info on Thai training, most members have a wealth of experience far greater than mine, just a pity there's only a handful of regular contributors.

Roby

Roby
Rambutan your shit face and your profile from Zimbabwe... who are you ?? chi cazzo sei ??? show your name and your face as MAN ...not scare as fuck baby !!

bumwau
Google translation: Quete faces of shit no balls that hide behind a profile with the face of a barking dog or a face fucking that is not their own , first of all should rpendere the courage to two hands and then come and do the provocations directly face to face. I am a 50 years old so it becomes easy for them , they still look to 7MuayThai and if they are ' men ' who come to cause let us face . 7 Muay Thai there are many Europeans there are many Sicilians who likes to talk with The facts in the biggest stadiums in Thailand ... if you answer say 1 ) what is your name with real name and 2 ) to put the photo with your face shit and then barefaced DO ALL YOU WANT pROVOCATION

Rambutan
euhm Roby, what did I say bad about your gym or website?
i only copied exactly what you wrote on your page : " training with champions"
and I said I saw a link to your website on a site that has nothing to do with MT so I was surprised.

If you open a gym with a website that states every other place is shit and Thai food is bad etc then you should be able to handle some criticism also amigo.

Brave_Dave
Roby, you can't get mad with people if they criticise your gym constructively.

I know that it must be frustrating because English isn't your first language so it's more difficult for you to respond but the guys criticising 7MuayThai are allowed to make the points that they've made. If they were making up lies about your gym or just targeting it for no good reason then sure, that would be out of order, but they're just commenting on what they've seen on your own website. There's nothing wrong with that.

Roby
Hidden behind a 'no name and no face' profile this "soft-cock" can write what they want ..I don't care
This forum allow to have members 'no face and no name' ....easy to do a fake profile and write 'shit' !! is clear that all GYMs that not PAY ADVERTISING have to be damaged by some "soft-cock" as Rambutan and Finn that always got to shit on everything that they read on our we site !! This is my last minute waste with You little chickenshits hidden beyond the computer .. come to GYM and be 'real' man if You like to reply or beat me !!

Rambutan
once again Roby, how did I insult you or your gym?

bumwau
Wow Roby challenging commenters. I can't beat you because I looked at profile. Too stalong. www.linkedin.com/pub/roberto-g... ...b1/882?trk=pub-pbmap

funnyman
i challenge you to a fight Roby. the ancient way!

Blake
Face of shit.
Sounds like serge of my balls.
Hahaha

Rambutan
Yes yes! I was thinking the same :-)
but I didn't tell him not to enrage him even more

Brave_Dave
Roby, it's irrelevant if someone has their full identity on their profile or if they're anonymous, if they're constructively criticising a camp based on its website.

If someone was claiming to have trained at the camp and had lots of bad things to say about it then yes, it would be more important that they say who they are, because then their identity is an important factor. But not if it's just based on stuff they can see and read online.

And any camp on this website is open to criticism. It's nothing to do with whether or not they pay for advertising.

And just because someone says something bad about a camp it doesn't mean that the camp's reputation is ruined. Everything on the Internet gets criticised! People criticise MuayThaiLand all the time (causing me to often cry myself to sleep)! What's more important is the way that the camp owner reacts to the criticism. Anyone reading about a camp to research it and possibly train at it isn't necessarily going to be put off by one or two negative accounts of it. It's pretty easy to see when someone is giving constructive feedback about a place and when someone is blatantly just being malicious or being a troll.

Roby
Excusatio non petita, accusatio manifesta

Rambutan
He who excuses himself, accuses himself
good I studied latin :-)
nice saying but completely irrelevant to the discussion

Brave_Dave
Whoever smelt it, dealt it!

But yeah, Roby, you just need to get someone who is more comfortable with English and ask them to make a post addressing the criticism in this thread. Ranting and raving and calling people names and threatening them is not going to do any good.

Not every camp appeals to every person, so naturally every camp is going to receive criticism of some sort, especially on a neutral website which is specifically about reviewing boxing camps!

The important thing is how you react to it!

ma che cazzo fai, stronzo?

va fabculo riccione

thatt is the limit of my italian.

hi roby
how are you?
do you still live with your mother like most Italian boys, spend all your money on shoes and manbags and ride round the Rome one way system on a moped with your mstes, pinching girls asses, gesticulating lots and complaining?

mcjoshwa
Haha. This is a funny thread, I liked the idea of Italian food while training, does seem expensive for what it is though.

Rambutan
i would never eat Italian if I can eat Thai food instead!

Who are you?

Rob, I'm a lurker. Just some guy who occasionally drops in. No one important.

Bumwau, images don't work on here any more. I have no idea why but it's not something I can be bothered to try and fix just yet. Pretty annoying though, because it's good to be able to post images!! Damn web stuff, changing without good reason.

funnyman
@muaythaifocus He built this site...lol he is the architect (insert picture of architect from matrix)

muaythaifocus
I know who he is funnymanI was taking the piss as he is never on here now and we all miss his charm and sophisticated wit 😄

muaythaifocus
Fix the image thingy now David, kimbo has some nice pics of puppies and Kittens he wants to post!

Brave_Dave
Yeah, funnily enough Kimbo's choice of images is the main reason I am in no rush to fix the image embedder. Ever.

muaythaifocus
Hahaha

johnny
what did I miss? che mi sono perso?

Roberto, ma che ti incazzi per due commenti?

somebody should write about the long-term offers you make at MF-7MT.
and about the management-promotion side of the sport thats dealt with at your place.
and of course you should add training routines and m ore infos.

do no worry or get angry over 2 comments on here. lots of funny guy posting on this site.

food? ITALIAN ueber alles. period.

:-)

Brave_Dave
Well said, Johnny! At the end of the day it's just two users on a forum criticising a camp. If a camp owner can't cope with that then they probably shouldn't be running a business. Robo, you need to promote your camp for what it is. So what if it's not the cheapest out there! Not everyone's looking for the lowest costs. You need to let people know of all the good stuff you offer. Turn that frown upside down!

Vlad
do you still live with your mother like most Italian boys, spend all your money on shoes and manbags and ride round the Rome one way system on a moped with your mstes, pinching girls asses, gesticulating lots and complaining?

FUCK cant stop laughing

bumwau
@Brave_Dave " So what if it's not the cheapest out there! Not everyone's looking for the lowest costs" but but comparing to Phuket or Samui costs...

But Roby, is Tam/Tum still a trainer/fighter at 7 Muay Thai? I didn't know he was there.
