Hopping back on a plane to Chiang Mai at the end of april and was going back to Charne Chai again but I am considering checking out Santai for my 3 week stay instead of a long ass minibus ride to pai. Anyone been there and can answer a few questions?
Hows the Wifi speeds at any of the accommodations? (I work while not training)
Hows the group classes? Leave you to your own or actually structured?
Do they spar a lot or just work on Technique?
Hows the private lessons?
I am thinking this time around 1 group class in the AM and One private later on in the day for my 3 week stay rather then 2 group classes a day like I did last time.. Still havn't decided if I should head back up to Pai or not, I really liked my training there...
Thanks Everyone!!! :)
Hello, I can answer your questions about training.
There is a lot of personal attention at Santai and you will get taught "stadiumstyle", same style you see at the Bkk stadiums, all trainers had good Bkk carreers (7 of them).
We sparr wednesdays and saturdays by scheduale and many people sparr in the mornings, supervised sparring.
The private lessons are at a high level of teaching. You can also sparr in the privates.
If your work is not uploading movies when most students are sitting by their laptops the Wifi should be ok.
Thanks for the responses NIk !!!
