Technique And Timing?
I'm flying to Thailand in three weeks and am currently researching different gyms. I want to train at a gym whose focus is primarily on timing and technique. Would love to improve on clinching and sweeps. I don't really care which area as long as the training is good & the people are nice. Any suggestions?
Lion Gym in Phuket
fa group Bangkok trained their last year clinching is hektik
generally speaking all Thai's will be better clinchers than you, you just need a gym with people your size and experience level otherwise you learn nada
actually I reckon you learn less clinching with falang as they are all about pull your fucking neck off. never had a sore neck clinching with Thai s even though have been ragdolled and thrown on floor countless times. falang never thrown or ragdolled me but put me in a chiropractors.
speaking of technique and timing

I'm 6.3, Most Thais I've met are well under 6 ft which makes cliinching shit
go to Sor Vorapin in BKK then the one outside BKK not on Khao San , Gor is about 6 2.
also try Simon at Elite MT Phuket he is about 6 ft.
i think Lamsongkran is about 6 , I might be wrong ?
6 3 Damon youd be better off doing K1 mate
Fuck clinching with Lamsongkran, gai is thee devil
Then try sanchoy @ soi nana. #1 std champ
Your right hawk I clinched with one of the Thai trainers at Top Team he was so good and he barely attacked and when he did get me I didnt have a sore neck or nothing
pay a ladyboy to put on some heals
minr thats cos Thai s clinch using their hips and quickly detect any changes in foot position / balance, a lot of foreigners try and clinch from the arms
because that lot of foreigners are weak cunts dreaming of smashing someones head with a knee
