Who Is Teaching Muay Boran/ Chaia/ ...
Are there some trainers of boran / chaia besides Kru Preang or Kru Oh from Tiger ?
Tony Jaa :-)
To expensive :)
Some dickhead in Chiang Mai teaches it but apparently it's like weeks and weeks of total crap, like hopping on one foot for a week, meditating 2 hours a day, shit like that. And it's expensive.
If Apideij is still alive he used to teach it but he was like 200 years old in 2001 or 2...
200 is Mr. Miyagi level
Do you know where he used to teach ? BKK ?
Apidej was at Fairtex wasnt he? died last year or year before
yes there is or was a school in the Chiang Mai area but as you said it looked like a big waste of time and money.
i dont know why peope want to overcoplicate what is in essence a very simplistic fighting style (exclduing the clinch which is obviously a totally different ball game)
kick, punch, elbow, knee, block you laydeee last night powaahhhh no good
Muay Boran looks great in the demos they used to do in the old Lumpini stadium, but remember how much of it is choregraphed , in movies etc , no matter what the martial art
Hawkman that was on my mind as well
But I am looking to master some more techniques/ styles
Because I can't fully focus on MT since I am not competing anymore and Vlad needs something to eat breathe and shit
You forgot pilates.
And pole Dance
they do it at tiger. And I think sitjemam in pai does it too.
luktupfah in Bangkok.
Muay Boran oriented Gym.
Nice, family vibe, great rooms, good wifi, very rural.
Not expensive at all.
Thx a lot Ruben
I found some MB classes @ KMAC Krabi dunno if it's any good
Tony yes Kru Oh is at Tiger whom I mentioned above
